This was my first assignment in ADVENTURE PHOTOGRAPHY, where YOU enjoy the adventure, and I capture it for you.

Many thanks go to Jaime and Max for inviting me along to join the group on their Desert Adventure. I enjoyed the company and camaraderie of the entire group which was made up of guys from all corners of the globe.

A few facts about the ride...

We followed the Peninsula from one end to the other, starting our ride in Ensenada and ending in Cabo San Lucas. All the tracks and roads we were on have at some stage been used in the infamous Baja 1000.

We rode a total of 1260 miles (2027km) in six days riding. Our longest day was day 5, a total of 276 miles (445km) and it took 13 hours from overnight stop to overnight stop.

Some days we not only traveled south, but traversed the Peninsula from one side to the other and got to see both the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez in one day.

Special thanks to Rodrigo the sweep (and sometimes lead) rider. Rod helped and encouraged everyone of us and made my job as photographer a lot easier.

If you have any upcoming adventures that require a photographer and/or mechanic, send me your details and see what we can arrange.
